Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant in Spain to design tailor-made journeys for a premium clientele. You will combine expertise in travel with a keen sense for luxury, trends and service quality, becoming a trusted contact for clients seeking exceptional worldwide experiences.

Responsibilities include advising cardholder clients in German and English, handling inquiries from quotes to billing, making reservations, and creating detailed itineraries.

Qualifications

• Proficient in German and English, written and spoken (C2)
• Strong passion for travel and luxury lifestyle including gastronomy, events and culture
• GDS knowledge, preferably Amadeus
• Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure

To strengthen our team in Spain, we are looking for a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant.

Immerse yourself in the world of luxury travel: As a Travel Consultant at Ten Lifestyle Group, an internationally leading lifestyle management company, you will serve a sophisticated premium clientele and design tailor-made journeys that meet the highest standards. In this role, you will combine your expertise in travel with a keen sense for luxury, trends, and service quality. You are not just a consultant – you become a trusted point of contact for clients seeking exceptional experiences worldwide.

Responsibility

• Advising our clients - premium cardholders - by phone and email in both French and English
• Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
• Making reservations with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies
• Creating tailored offers, travel documents, and detailed travel itineraries
• Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
• Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers

Requirements

Your Profile

• You have excellent language skills in professional German and English, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework)
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture
• Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus)

• Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work 5 days per week between 07:00 - 21:00 GMT, either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
• The legal right to live and work in Spain, without the need for visa sponsorship

Note

This position is not suitable for career changers. Relevant professional experience within the travel industry, along with hands‑on experience in advising clients and booking travel arrangements, is essential.
