Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an articulate Enquiry Concierge to be the first contact for high-net-worth clients seeking bespoke luxury travel in Italy and Europe. The role emphasizes curiosity, destination knowledge, and meaningful conversations to uncover client aspirations.

You will respond to inbound enquiries by phone and email, perform thorough needs analyses, and coordinate with Travel Designers to craft memorable journeys across Europe.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native North American English.
• Warm, polished phone manner for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong consultative communication and needs analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Italian regions or ability to pick up destination knowledge quickly.
• Experience with Zendesk CRM and its calling functionality.
• Familiarity with Calendly or similar scheduling tools.
• Ability to uncover full client travel scope beyond initial enquiry.
• Excellent written client correspondence.
• Independent work ethic with accountability for lead response.
• Attention to detail in capturing client preferences and handoff notes.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound luxury travel enquiries by phone and email.
• Place outbound calls to new leads within 15 minutes of enquiry.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis across destinations, dates, party, budget, and timeline.
• Ask follow-up questions to surface additional opportunities.
• Leverage destination knowledge to suggest possibilities to the Travel Designer.
• Pin down budget parameters for European services (excluding airfare).
• Explain handoff process to clients and schedule follow-ups.
• Book Travel Designer follow-ups via Calendly during calls.
• Record notes in Zendesk in the same ticket.
• Send qualifying emails with scheduling invitations when no phone number is available.
• Provide Travel Designer with comprehensive briefs by end of day.
• Raise high-value leads for priority attention.
• Refer complex questions to Travel Designer with same-day response.
