Job summary

Silversea Cruises in the Philippines seeks a Trade Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for Travel Agents/Partners in our contact center. The role handles inbound/outbound calls, emails, and tickets to sell and service Silversea cruises and shore side products, delivering a luxurious customer experience.

You will work with Travel Agents to manage bookings and provide personalized service, optimizing sales opportunities while aligning with global sales and support teams to meet revenue

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in English of at least B2 CEFR level.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Sell Silversea cruises and related shore side products and services, using inbound and outbound phone and email conversations.
• Evaluate Travel Agent requests, identify products that fit guest needs, and create accurate reservations.
• Service existing reservations and assist partners with pre-cruise requests such as refunds, penalties, or adjust commissions per business rules.
• Offer group benefits and manage existing group bookings.
• Meet assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Communicate effectively with decision makers at all levels.
• Maximize opportunities in closing sales and upsell throughout the customer relationship.
• Sell consultatively using active listening and make recommendations to prospects and clients.
