Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Boracay is seeking an Front Office Agent to be the first and last point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. The role emphasizes professionalism, guest satisfaction, and accurate record-keeping in a resort setting.

As an entry level position, training in a luxury environment is preferred, with fluency in English and a degree in hotel management.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; training experience in a luxury/resort is preferred.
• Preferably with knowledge in Opera system.
• Fluent in English
• Completed Bachelor's degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Execute guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately, including room assignments, payment processing, and key distribution.
• Manage guest communications professionally, including phone calls, emails, messages, and special requests with attention to detail.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations in the property management system (Opera or similar platforms).
• Provide concierge services and comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation arrangements.
• Process various payment methods securely and reconcile daily transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Process and distribute guest mail and packages in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
