Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Boracay, part of Accor, is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Agent. You will handle check-in/check-out, guest communications, and payment processing, while ensuring a high standard of guest service and accurate records in the property management system.

Knowledge of Opera is preferred. This entry-level position offers free staff housing and opportunities to grow within the property and across the Accor group.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; training experience in a luxury/resort is preferred.
• Knowledge of Opera system is preferred.
• Completed Bachelor's degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Execute guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately, including room assignments, payment processing, and key distribution.
• Manage guest communications professionally, including phone calls, emails, messages, and special requests with attention to detail.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations in the property management system (Opera or similar platforms).
• Provide concierge services and comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation arrangements.
• Process various payment methods securely and reconcile daily transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Process and distribute guest mail and packages in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
