• Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest and tenant experiences, adopting the same service culture as luxury hotels
• Manage guest relations, handle concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction rates
• Supervise and coordinate with service providers, contractors, and in-house staff to maintain top-quality property standards
• Implement and monitor property policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure compliance and consistency
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure property safety, cleanliness, and functionality
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance property value and improve service delivery
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold excellent service and hospitality standards
