Responsibilities

• Build client-facing group pages in Travefy and internal groups in VacationCRM after contracting wraps.
• Set reminders for attrition dates and payment deadlines.
• Book guests into groups and create reservations in VAX.
• Send invoices, follow up on deposits, and process payments.
• Monitor reservations and issue timely payment reminders.
• Track attrition dates and contract requirements and alert lead advisor.
