Responsibilities

• Supervise boutique operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth performance.
• Support Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members for productivity and service excellence.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees with ongoing feedback.
• Monitor staffing, attendance, and shift assignments to maintain adequate coverage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand-aligned visual merchandising.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Prepare daily reports, cash reconciliation, and shift documentation.
