Position Summary

Gastronova Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee the procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution operations supporting Maison Ladurée in the Philippines.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and operational supplies across Maison Ladurée's stores and commissary while maintaining optimal inventory levels, cost efficiency, and supplier performance. This role develops and implements supply chain strategies, builds strong supplier partnerships, and collaborates closely with the Operations, Commissary, Finance, and Store teams to uphold Maison Ladurée's standards of quality, consistency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

A. Supply Chain Management

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with Maison Ladurée's operational and business objectives.

• Oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure uninterrupted operations across stores and the commissary.

• Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery.

B. Procurement & Supplier Management

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability of operational requirements.

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable commercial terms.

• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards.

C. Inventory & Logistics Control

• Oversee inventory planning and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

• Ensure effective inventory control, stock accuracy, and compliance with established inventory management procedures.

• Manage logistics and distribution activities to support timely deliveries across all Maison Ladurée stores and commissary.

D. Financial & Operational Performance

• Monitor procurement and supply chain costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.

• Prepare reports, forecasts, and supply chain analyses to support management decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

E. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commissary, Warehouse, and Store teams to align supply chain activities with business requirements.

• Perform other duties assigned by Senior Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management, with at least three (3) years in a managerial role, preferably within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, or FMCG industry.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, and supplier relationship management.

• Proven experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP or inventory management systems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational excellence.

• Willing to travel to Maison Ladurée stores, the commissary, and supplier locations as required.
