Rustan Commercial Corporation is seeking a Boutique Manager for the CHANEL Privé Boutique. You will lead a dynamic team, drive daily to monthly sales targets, manage client experiences, and ensure smooth retail operations, including stock, data accuracy, and loss prevention. Strong leadership and business sense are essential for success.

Graduate in business, with 5-8 years in retail/service and team management. RCC systems familiarity and mall collaboration are required.

Formación

• Graduate of any business-related course. MBA is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors and achieves daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Supervises CHANEL team; manages schedules and performance reviews.
• Oversees day-to-day ops; ensures proper data recording and stock control.
• Ensures compliance with store policies, loss prevention, and audits.
• Coordinates with SBM and RCC for stock, reports, and incentives.
