Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading luxury retail sales teams.
• Demonstrated success driving commercial performance and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong clienteling expertise with VIC and High Net Worth client relationships.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management capabilities.
• Excellent business acumen with ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into action.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Spanish and Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Boutique Director to execute the Boutique commercial strategy, achieving sales, productivity and client development objectives.
• Monitor daily business performance, identify opportunities and implement action plans to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
• Lead the execution of the Boutique clienteling strategy, recruit and retain VIC and High Net Worth clients.
• Coach and develop Fashion Advisors, fostering a high-performance culture centered on client experience.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Operations, Client Engagement and Marketing to ensure consistent execution of priorities.
