Job summary

Utopia, a luxury hospitality and lifestyle brand, seeks a Supply Chain Specialist (FF&E) to oversee procurement, logistics and installation for our Barcelona projects.

You will coordinate factory production, QC, and international shipments, and manage last-mile delivery on-site in close collaboration with construction and design teams to ensure timely completion to exacting standards. Intermediate English required; on-site role in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E
• Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects
• Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics
• Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes
• Ability to manage complex or remote project environments
• Intermediate English and higher

Responsibilities

• Oversee FF&E production and conduct quality control at factory level
• Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking
• Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations)
• Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning
• Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes
• Collaborate closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness
• Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site
