Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, using TMS/CRM platforms, and ensuring timely deliveries while upholding data accuracy and process compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with logistics systems, CRM platforms, or TMS.
• Strong attention to detail and organization in fast-paced ops.

• Communicate shipment information and resolve delivery-related concerns with internal teams and external customers.
• Follow logistics procedures, ensure compliance, and support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies.
• Support data accuracy, reporting tasks, and documentation compliance for shipment-related activities.

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, freight forwarding, or transportation coordination (BPO/shared services environment preferred).
• Experience using logistics systems, CRM platforms, or TMS for shipment tracking and operational updates.
• Knowledge of shipment coordination, order fulfillment, and delivery tracking processes.
• Ability to prepare, check, and maintain logistics documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem‑solving ability in a fast‑paced operations environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and customers.
