Job summary

SeaOil Philippines Inc. seeks a capable TPRP Representative to oversee LPG refilling operations at a Third-Party Refilling Plant in Pilar, Sorsogon. You will manage documentation for LPG sales, coordinate replenishments with suppliers, and ensure accurate inventory reporting and compliance with contracts.

You will also seal, fill, and weigh cylinders and bulk loads, coordinating with LPG Operations and other teams to protect SPI’s interests.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and supply replenishments.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports with accuracy.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LPG supply replenishments with bulk points.
• Interact with suppliers for terminal documents.
• Prevent stockouts at TPRPs through proactive monitoring.
• Monitor inventory for bulk LPG, cylinders, and seals.
• Maintain dispatch and inventory reports for bulk transactions.
• Communicate sales and inventory status to the LPG team.
• Ensure cylinders are sealed and accurately filled; verify weights.
• Prepare documents for loaded bulk trucks and releases.
• Collaborate with accounting for timely invoicing.
• Coordinate with Operations and Metal Management for seals and repairs.
