Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. in Daraga, Albay seeks a TPRP Representative to oversee LPG refilling operations at a third-party plant, manage documentation, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate inventory and compliance with contracts.

The role involves sealing and filling LPG cylinders, tracking weights, coordinating with LPG partners, and supporting invoicing with the accounting team. Field work may be required, and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience, preferably from the Manufacturing, Retail, Oil/Gas industry.
• Skilled in data and business analysis, inventory management, contract and risk management; with good attention to detail and negotiation skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and can drive manual transmission.
• Willingness to do field work, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bulk supply points to request and manage LPG replenishments.
• Interact with suppliers for terminal issuance of ATL and related documents.
• Prevent product runout in TPRPs through proactive inventory monitoring.
• Monitor and update inventory for bulk LPG, cylinders, and seals; manage replenishments as needed.
• Update dispatch and inventory reports for all bulk transactions at supplier terminals and TPRP plants.
• Communicate sales and remaining inventory status to the LPG team via work chat and/or SMS; verify cylinder seals and weights on bulk trucks and Seagas cylinders.
• Prepare and process documents for loaded bulk trucks, proof of filled cylinders, and truck releases.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure timely invoicing based on daily sales and transactions.
• Coordinate with LPG Operations and Metal Management to manage seals, consumables, cylinder repairs, swaps, and requalification needs.
