Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a LPG Metals Management Supervisor to oversee end-to-end management, distribution, and lifecycle of LPG cylinder assets across distribution points in the Philippines.

The role focuses on forecasting, inventory analysis, and ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in cylinder handling. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, drive inspections and requalification processes, and monitor performance metrics to achieve operational targets while

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related experience in manufacturing, retail, or oil/gas LPG refilling.
• Adept in data and business analysis.
• Experience with LPG cylinder assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory monitoring and cylinder movement data and reports.
• Coordinate replenishment with suppliers and internal stakeholders to prevent stockouts.
• Oversee LPG cylinder swapping, disposal, and compliance with brand owners.
• Ensure inspections and requalification processes meet PNS and internal standards.
• Conduct routine inventory audits and isolate damaged cylinders from the market.
• Engage with refilling plants to strengthen brand protection and regional coverage.
• Monitor team performance metrics and drive corrective actions to meet targets.]
