Job summary

Masagana Gas Corp. is seeking a Hauling & Delivery Logistics Supervisor to lead daily dispatch, fleet, and driver operations for LPG deliveries. This role suits an Industrial Engineering graduate who enjoys planning, data, and fixing processes on the ground.

The supervisor will plan dispatch, coordinate with internal teams, optimize routes, monitor GPS, and oversee vehicle inspections, permits, and safety compliance. Strong leadership and data skills are essential for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering degree preferred; other related programs considered.
• Strong background in logistics and dispatch operations is required.
• Experience with LPG, petroleum, chemical, or dangerous goods distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily truck dispatching, driver assignments, trip scheduling and route planning.
• Coordinate with Plant/Depot, Sales, Retail, Warehouse, and third-party haulers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize routes and load planning to reduce trips, fuel use and idle time; consider traffic and regulations.
• Monitor vehicle movements (GPS) and resolve delays, breakdowns, and delivery issues.
• Ensure delivery documents are complete and accurate; maintain logs and records.
