Job summary

Powerserve is seeking an LPG Truck Driver to safely transport LPG cylinders or bulk LPG to customers, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to safety standards. The role requires strong safety awareness and professional customer interaction.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, loading/unloading, and coordinating with dispatchers and warehouses to ensure accurate deliveries while maintaining truck readiness and compliance with LPG handling protocols.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Valid truck driving license with appropriate restrictions.
• Hazardous materials delivery experience is a strong advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle LPG cylinders.
• Basic knowledge of truck troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate LPG delivery truck safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
• Load/unload LPG cylinders or secure bulk LPG for transport.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Handle LPG according to safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Verify deliveries, collect customer signatures, and submit reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness of the truck.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers.
• Follow traffic rules, company policies, and LPG protocols.
• Report mechanical issues or delays promptly.
• Assist in securing loads to prevent spills or leaks.
