Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Planning Supervisor / Asst. Manager to oversee inventory movement, allocation, and distribution across multiple warehouses and branch locations. The role focuses on optimizing stock utilization and timely availability.

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in logistics planning and a strong grasp of inventory management, warehouse operations, and cross-functional coordination. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics planning, inventory allocation, or distribution in retail/distribution.
Experience in multi-site warehouses/locations and stock transfers.
Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations and logistics planning.
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; strong analytical/ planning skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage allocation and distribution of inventory across warehouses and branches to ensure product availability.
Monitor warehouse and branch capacities; recommend adjustments for storage efficiency.
Establish inventory parameters for fast-moving, aging, and returned stock.
Monitor inventory aging and develop plans to improve turnover.
Plan, coordinate, and execute inventory transfers between warehouses and branches.
Coordinate supplier allocations and timely distribution of incoming inventory.
Develop and manage delivery schedules for efficient movement and replenishment.
Monitor dispatch of promotional items and spare parts for accurate delivery.
Prepare inventory, allocation, and logistics planning reports for decision-making.
Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, sales and operations to improve planning and distribution.
