Job summary

Retail is seeking a Head of Warehouse and Logistics to lead end-to-end warehousing, order fulfillment, dispatch, and transportation. You will ensure accurate stock, on-time deliveries, and compliance with safety standards while guiding a team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in logistics or related field, 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, 3+ years in supervision, and a proven ability to optimize space and routes in a retail distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics/ops management.
• 3+ years in supervisory role.
• Experience in trading/retail/FMCG distribution.
• Proficiency in warehouse operations and transport management.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse activities.
• Maintain warehouse organization and efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products.
• Optimize space utilization and workflow.
• Oversee dispatch and transportation to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop delivery schedules and optimize transport routes.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, dispatched on schedule.
• Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse and logistics.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel.
