Job summary

MSCS Primegoods Inc. is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Officer to support daily warehouse and logistics activities, including inventory handling, order processing, and coordination of deliveries. The role ensures accurate stock management, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety standards.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient operations, produce basic reports, and assist in resolving delivery issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of products to maintain quality and prevent damage.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Update inventory records in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in stock audits and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Communicate with transport providers and internal teams regarding shipment status.
• Assist in resolving basic delivery concerns such as delays or incomplete deliveries.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as delivery receipts, packing lists, and invoices.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all shipment documentation.
• Maintain organized records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines in all warehouse and logistics activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Provide updates to internal stakeholders regarding order and delivery status.
• Assist in addressing customer concerns related to shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare basic operational reports such as inventory status and delivery performance.
• Report operational issues and recommend improvements to the supervisor.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Operations Supervisor/ Operations Manager / General Manager from time to time.
