Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems; Excel and Word.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and track movement of stocks and materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and proper documentation of warehouse transactions.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing goods based on approved documents.
• Prepare and issue Stock Withdrawal Forms for every dispatch.
• Prepare Acknowledgement Receipts for supplies sent to Head Office.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments regarding deliveries.
• Report discrepancies, damages, and stock variances for action and resolution.
• Maintain updated records of inbound and outbound stock movements.
• Ensure warehouse transactions are documented and filed for audit purposes.
• Support compliance with warehouse safety standards and SOPs.
• Assist in improving warehouse efficiency and organization.
