Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced warehouse and logistics professional to oversee permits, accept materials and machines, and manage both fixed and temporary warehouses. The role requires a relevant degree, 2–3 years of warehousing experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems to support inventory and distribution activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Strong warehousing, material handling, documentation, interpersonal, decision-making, organizational, leadership, and speaking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ERP systems such as Kingdee K3.

• Responsible for the physical registration of each fixed warehouse and temporary warehouse.

• Complete the supervisory activities in the warehouse regularly or irregularly.

• Material storage and temporary site warehouse, rental equipment, monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory.

• Resource development and relationship maintenance of local logistics and freight forwarding companies.

• Review of material picking application forms and tracking management of logistics distribution.

Qualifications:

• With 2 - 3 years of related work experience.
