Responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical support and remote diagnostics for vehicle concerns.
Analyze diagnostic data, repair histories, and codes to identify root causes.
Diagnose and propose solutions to minimize downtime and repair costs.
Coordinate with manufacturers, Aftersales, dealers, and logistics partners to resolve issues.
Monitor repair performance and identify process improvements.
Develop and conduct technical training sessions for dealer technicians and logistics teams.
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and repair history.
Ensure activities align with warranty policies and brand standards.
