Lean Solutions Group seeks a Logistics Track and Trace professional to manage the full life cycle of US domestic ground shipments, from initial booking to final billing, ensuring data parity across TMF and Descartes Aljex systems.

You will monitor ETAs via MacroPoint and Tive, audit PODs and BOLs, and coordinate with the billing team to close files accurately. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in freight operations, dispatch, or logistics coordination (US domestic ground freight).
• Experience auditing Bills of Lading and PODs against records.
• Knowledge of tracking platforms and dock scheduling tools.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound & Dispatch Operations: accept TMF bookings, create Aljex files, set up pickups, and release trucks promptly.
• In-Transit Tracking: monitor ETAs via MacroPoint/Tive and update milestones.
• POD Auditing: confirm arrivals, collect PODs, audit against BOLs and records.
• Financial Reconciliation: enter charges, ensure cost/revenue alignment, transfer records to billing.
• Escalation Handling: flag hot loads and coordinate with management and safety teams.
