Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to drive efficient movement of goods by air, sea and land. You will monitor shipments, coordinate with carriers and clients, and manage critical shipping documents to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with logistics software, and a knack for solving problems quickly while maintaining high accuracy and focus.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills at B2/C1 level for clear communication.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms, or tracking tools.
• Ability to stay calm and creative when shipments face disruptions.
• Excellent multitasking with high accuracy and organization.

Responsabilités

• Monitor shipments across air, sea, and land in real time.
• Act as primary contact with carriers, drivers, vendors, and clients via phone and email.
• Review and file shipping documents (BOLs, PODs, customs, invoices).
• Use TMS/ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and meet client SLAs.

• Manage Key Cargo Docs: Review and organize essential shipping paperwork (BOLs, PODs, customs clearances, and commercial invoices).

• Ensure SLA Success: Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to maintain data accuracy and exceed client expectations.
