Qualifications

• 1+ year of BPO experience in a contact center or operations environment.
• Track & Trace exposure in freight, dispatching, or logistics is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Active Track & Trace: make check-calls, verify locations, update ETAs and status.
• System Updates: log notes and load status in the TMS promptly.
• Milestone Tracking: monitor loads from pickup to delivery to stay on schedule.
• Dashboard Maintenance: keep load tracking boards up to date during shifts.
• Client & Carrier Communication: provide professional status updates via phone, email, chat.
• Documentation Support: gather PODs, rate confirmations, and shipping paperwork.
