Job summary

ACMobility is seeking a Logistics Technical Engineer to act as the key technical resource across logistics and supply chain operations. You will provide expert-level remote diagnostics, analyze data to pinpoint root causes, and coordinate with manufacturers, Aftersales, dealers, and partners to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with diagnostic tools, and the ability to develop technical training for dealer technicians and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in automotive technical operations, diagnostics, aftersales, vehicle processing, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with diagnostic tools and interpreting technical data.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support and remote diagnostics for vehicle concerns.
• Analyze data, diagnostic codes, repair histories to identify root causes.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to minimize downtime and costs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, Aftersales teams, dealers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor repair performance and identify process improvements.
• Develop and conduct technical training sessions for dealer technicians and logistics teams.
• Transfer knowledge on new vehicle technologies and diagnostic methods.
• Support quality audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and repair history.
• Ensure activities align with warranty policies and brand standards.
