Job summary

Dsv Inc is seeking a Team Lead - Parcel in the Philippines to manage and mentor a parcel operations team, ensuring timely, accurate handling and KPI attainment. You will coordinate with stakeholders and drive continuous process improvements while upholding our quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally with scheduling, operations, and customer teams to meet client requirements and service levels.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a logistics/ops environment.
• Experience in managing teams to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in MS-Office and logistics software.
• Good understanding of transport management processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet the team KPI performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Lead and develop team through coaching and mentoring.
• Conduct daily huddles and team meetings for process alignment.
• Coordinate performance reviews with stakeholders and customers.
• Handle escalations per SOP and report irregularities.
• Support senior team in achieving KPIs and process improvements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives (5S, Maturity Matrix).
• Collaborate with DSV branches and customers to resolve accuracy issues.
• Perform tasks to support quality, health, safety and environment policies.
