Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in the Philippines is seeking a Team Lead - Claims to oversee claims handling across road, air, sea, and equipment. You will lead a small team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and productivity while aligning with company strategies.

You will manage KPI performance, mentor team members, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulations and transport law.

Qualifications

• MS Office / MS Teams basic knowledge.
• Team leadership and people management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactical and operational implementation of ISS and CHC vision and strategy.
• Lead and mentor a small team to achieve KPI targets and maintain productivity.
• Monitor team KPIs and perform regular evaluations and coaching.
• Identify and drive process improvements within the claims handling process.
• Coordinate with HR on performance issues and development of team members.
• Handle complex claims and ensure timely, accurate settlements and communication with stakeholders.
