Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
Proven OCR and CV development experience in logistics.
Proficiency in Python and CV libraries (OpenCV, Tesseract).
Experience with cloud OCR services (Google Vision, AWS Textract, Azure).
Experience with automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate).
Knowledge of NLP for post-OCR processing.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
