Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a results-oriented logistics transformation professional to lead end-to-end UX initiatives across the buyer and seller journey, from in-app tracking to delivery touchpoints.

You will drive process re-engineering with internal teams and 3PL partners, manage complex projects, size impact with data, and present clear updates to senior leadership. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, operations strategy, management consulting, or eCommerce logistics.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in high-growth tech platforms, 3PL operations management, or tech-enabled supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end logistics UX initiatives across buyers and sellers, from in‑app tracking to delivery touchpoints.
• Lead process and system re‑engineering with internal teams and 3PL partners; update SOPs and system integrations.
