Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an analytical Operations Strategy Analyst with 1–2 years’ experience in logistics or analytics. You will diagnose problems, structure approaches, and develop models while aligning with regional stakeholders to drive go-live success.

The role requires a degree in business/analytics fields, strong Excel/Sheets/SQL skills, and comfort with large datasets in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to performance reviews and leadership-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Industrial/Management Engineering or related fields.
• Drives problem-solving with a sense of accountability and execution.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets/SQL is a must.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own workstream execution from planning through to launch.
• Diagnose and structure problems end-to-end: Independently scope the landscape, identify supply-demand gaps, and surface constraints before any plan is drawn.
• Build and maintain planning models: Develop ADO forecasts, city rollout plans, ramp-up models, commercial frameworks, and SOP templates.
• Drive PMO and cross-functional coordination: Run weekly status tracking, manage risks and blockers, and ensure alignment across local and regional stakeholders through to go-live and performance review.
• Analyze performance and close the loop: Monitor KPIs vs. targets, conduct root cause analysis on gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for operations and leadership.
• Prepare structured outputs for senior stakeholders: Produce clear, decision-ready reports, proposals, and leadership decks that communicate progress, risks, and recommendations concisely.
