Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management; 1-2 years in insurance operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Aufgaben

• Monitor monthly vendor billings and dispute if applicable.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment to vendors.
• Coordinate with Off Boarding Teams on tool clearance and deductions.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Draft and issue employee deduction notifications.
• Handle employee deduction concerns.
• Prepare monthly accruals reports for Finance to ensure proper budget allocation.
• Monitor variance of forecast versus actual expense.
• Provide regular reports and insights.
• Assess vendor performance and recommend replacements.
• Conduct cost analyses to select best-value vendors.
• Resolve logistics-related process concerns.
• Prepare reports for communication and approval.
• Lead Logistics BAU and projects; coordinate with PMs, stakeholders and vendors.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
