APL Logistics in the Philippines seeks a documentation specialist to ensure customer requirements are documented, verified, and recorded within the Logistics Procedure and Account Matrix, aligning with customers and vendors. You will manage timely document delivery, liaise with stakeholders to fix inaccuracies, and execute service requirements per documentation instructions.

Strong English, teamwork, and MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proven listening skills.
• Experience working in global/matrix teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Preferred background in supply chain/logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure and monitor customers’ requirements are documented, verified and recorded in the Logistics Procedure and Account Matrix profile.
• Ensure vendors documents to customers are delivered in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
• Liaise and advise customers and vendors of any inaccurate and incomplete documents that may impact cargo delivery.
• Execute and adhere to customers’ service requirements based on Documentation Instructions of the LPs.
• Problem Resolution – address issues promptly and escalate when there are potential costs.
• Continuously strengthen relationships to maintain and protect customers.
• Identify service gaps, propose improvements, and implement solutions for better customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customers’ reports are timely and accurate.
