Job summary

ABB in Metro Manila is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to execute warehousing activities for inbound and outbound goods, ensuring safe, timely operations and accurate ERP records. You will inspect incoming goods, coordinate deliveries with suppliers, and participate in inventory counts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

The role requires SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and strong English communication, plus 5+ years in logistics and trade

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Logistics, Order Management, and Trade Compliance, ideally in multinational setups.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools, and strong knowledge of import/export and customs regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and excellent English communication.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods. Each day, you will follow and ensure that others also follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in the warehouse. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring various warehousing operations, including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records within the ERP system to support operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Inspect and verify the quality of incoming goods, ensuring compliance with company standards and storage requirements.
• Foster strong supplier relationships through regular communication, coordinating deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Participate in inventory management and cycle count activities to maintain accurate stock levels and support inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications for the role

• Strong proficiency in ERP platforms and business intelligence tools such as SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with a keen interest in the Electrification and Automation industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Order Management, and Trade Compliance, preferably within an international or multinational organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in logistics operations, import/export processes, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence
