Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper warehouse operations and ensure efficient handling of stock, including receipts.
- Send weekly reports on parts, including RDT and hoses, with withdrawals; monitor MIS, billing, invoicing, and routing for signatures.
- Update all records, including MIS, BIN cards, and SMR of withdrawn parts.
- Prepare and follow up PRs for replenishment, audits, breakdowns, and warranty claims.
- Monitor breakdown and consignment parts and initiate stock transfers.
- Receive and summarize delivered BD parts to AMCI with corresponding PO numbers for invoicing.
- Prepare ISR and PRs of BD parts supply for the team and AMCI.
- Provide monthly summary of WIP to Logistics Assistant.
- Conduct inventory counts during the first week of each month and reconcile parts and RDT.
- Build up kits and send ISR for adjustments in Scala.
- Update statements of account and send to Credit and Collection Officer.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- Participate in maintenance and continuous improvement of Triple Certification Systems:
- ISO 45001:2018 – Health and safety of employees, customers, and contractors.
Experience Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
- Experience in handling supplies, material issuance, inventory management, and shipping/receiving operations.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in inventory data entry and basic computer operations.
- Computer literate with MS Word and MS Excel skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma, Vocational Course, or College Level.
