ARTISAN CELLARS AND FINE FOODS, INC is seeking a Sales Coordinator Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Logistics and Sales Team in Makati. The role focuses on coordinating sales activities, preparing documents, monitoring orders, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth communication between the Sales Team, clients, and other departments.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Office Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in sales administration/coordinator roles or customer service advantageous.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Logistics and Sales Team.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, sales orders, invoices, reports, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with sales regarding inquiries, orders, schedules, and related concerns.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales files, and databases.
• Monitor sales orders and coordinate with departments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Track sales activities and client follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments as needed.
• Prepare presentation materials and other documents for the Sales Team.
• Respond to emails, calls, and messages related to sales coordination.
• Ensure all sales documents are properly filed and organized.
