AMTRAK MACHINERIES & EQUIPMENT OPC is seeking a Sales Coordinator in the Philippines to provide essential administrative support to the Sales Team and ensure smooth processing of transactions from booking to delivery.

You will prepare quotations, orders, and delivery documents, monitor orders, and coordinate with customers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Service teams, while maintaining accurate records and assisting daily sales requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Office Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Sales Administration.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficiency in computer is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery documents, and other sales-related documents.
• Monitor orders, deliveries, pending documents, and approvals.
• Coordinate with customers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Service teams.
• Assist customers with required sales and registration documents.
• Maintain accurate sales records and files.
• Prepare sales reports and assist Sales Executives with daily requirements.
• Follow up pending transactions and ensure timely processing.
