Job summary

Bestank Manufacturing Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics QC to oversee loading and unloading, verify that goods are in excellent condition and match the required quantities and descriptions for each shipment.

You will inspect outgoing items, compare against picklists, and ensure proper documentation and DR summaries, while keeping the loading area neat and orderly and supporting auditors and drivers with accurate counts.

Qualifications

• Preferably college graduate.
• Proficient on computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have good inter-personal relation skills.
• Good team worker.
• Can work in minimal supervision.
• Dependable, have initiative.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials into/out of vehicles.
• Ensure goods are in good condition and correct quantity prior to truck egress.
• Inspect outgoing goods with acceptable quality, correct quantity/descriptions and proper documents.
• Count, sort, or weigh outgoing goods to verify DR against picklist.
• Verify quantity to be delivered based on picklist (Pre-loading checkpoint).
• Ensure box numbers for packed items are indicated in the PL.
• Pre-check items in the box before loading; focus on loading accuracy.
• Preserve logistics records and loading area in a neat, orderly manner.

Job Description:

• Logistics QC is responsible for loading and unloading materials into or from vehicles.

• They are ensuring that all goods were in excellent condition and correct quantity prior the egress of the truck.

• Inspects all outgoing goods with acceptable quality, correct quantity/descriptions and proper documents.

• Counts, sorts, or weights outgoing goods to verify DR of items against picklist.

• Verifies the quantity to be delivered based on picklist. On Pre-loading checkpoint

• Ensure box no where an small item is packed and sealed must be indicated in the PL corresponding the item.

• Note that pre-checking of item in the box is done prior to loading, hence concentration will be on the actual loading of these items to the truck per customer.

• Ensure the no. of boxes per customer must be indicated in the DR Summary for easier identification of Auditor and Driver of the no. of boxes per customer.

• Preserves the logistics records and loading area in a neat and orderly manner.
