Job summary

Trade Mate Distribution Inc. is seeking a warehouse/logistics associate to ensure accurate verification of incoming and outgoing goods against delivery documents. You will inspect shipments for damages, discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation during loading and release.

The role requires coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams, recording issues promptly, and maintaining inventory accuracy while complying with safety standards and company policies.

• Verify pick-up, loading, unloading, and delivery activities.
• Check and complete required logistics and warehouse documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and delivery personnel regarding discrepancies.
• Record and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately.
• Monitor proper handling and movement of goods during loading and unloading.
• Ensure that all items are properly documented before release or acceptance.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
