Job summary

ZALORA Group is looking for a Senior Executive in Logistics to handle end-to-end 3PL operations, including performance monitoring, claims management, and billing controls. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role ensures accurate parcel visibility, resolves operational exceptions, and improves service performance while driving cost efficiencies. Salary is PHP 28,000 per month, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2-3 years experience in logistics operations.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must excel at multitasking and pay great attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Dynamic and proactive, with a high level of passion to learn new things and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Monitor parcel locations and 3PL performance daily.
• Coordinate with 3PLs on problematic parcels and operational issues.
• Manage end-to-end 3PL claims including filing and resolution.
• Develop and improve policies for invoice validation.
• Maintain logistics-related system settings/configuration.
