Job summary

The Montage Accessories Company is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support daily shipping and order management operations. You will coordinate carrier pickups, follow up on orders, and ensure accurate data entry and timely delivery, working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Customer Support, Accounting, and carrier partners.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in logistics or customer service, are detail oriented, highly organized, and proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups for shipments.
• Follow up with warehouse and sales to ensure orders are shipped and closed.
• Serve as primary contact for order and shipment inquiries via shared inbox.
• Maintain detailed notes and SOPs to improve consistency.
• Manage shipping claims and track resolution through completion.
• Monitor carrier performance and escalate service issues.
• Support order management tasks including quoting and routing.
• Maintain cross-functional communication to prevent delays.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Take on additional duties and projects as assigned.
