Job summary

The Montage Accessories Company is seeking a Buyer Assistant to optimize inventory by supporting the Purchasing team. You’ll manage over 800 SKUs across seven brands and multiple warehouses, learning how the supply chain operates and using analytics to drive decisions.

You’ll gain mentorship and coaching to set you up for success, with a fully remote work arrangement and opportunities to collaborate across locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory trends and availability across SKUs.
• Place and revise purchase orders with vendors.
• Assist with containerization of shipments by location.
• Assist with customs clearance and import documentation.
• Separate POs by distribution center for allocation.
• Develop ad hoc reports on performance, stock positions, trends.
• Prepare slides and reports for cross-functional meetings.
• Review vendor invoices and support Purchasing/Operations.
