Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement / Logistics Specialist to support order placement, quotes, and shipment tracking from multiple warehouses. You will review CPQ quotes, coordinate with planners, and ensure on-time delivery while communicating with internal teams and external suppliers.

The role demands strong MS Office skills, familiarity with SharePoint/Oracle/Smartsheet, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, purchasing, sales, supply chain or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of quotation and order entry fulfilment.
• Proficient in MS Outlook/Office; experience with SharePoint, Oracle, Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in American English.

Responsibilities

• Place service requests orders, CPQ quotes, and mis-shipments with accuracy.
• Review CPQ quotes and progress orders in EBS.
• Communicate backordered parts and coordinate with planners.
• Track shipments from warehouses to delivery.
