Job summary

Vertiv in Metro Manila is seeking an order management specialist to handle service request orders, tools and PPE with precision, review CPQ quotes, and ensure quotes progress smoothly in the ERP system. You will coordinate with internal teams and customers to confirm requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in order placement of service request orders, tools and PPE with 100% accuracy.
• Review CPQ quotes (P3-P5) in Order Review status and submit quotes to progress an order in EBS.
• Notifies customers and services planners regarding backordered parts not available to ship.
• Notifies manufacturing plants and planners about orders scheduled to pull from their location.
• Identifies cost-effective shipping method for Down Unit and High Priority or Critical orders.
• Releases order deliveries of available items and shipping based on customer requested dates, cost, logistics and inventory allocation as necessary.
• Generates parts quotes using standard quotes process.

Order Placement

1. Responsible in order placement of Service Request Orders, Tools and PPE and mis-shipments in a timely manner with 100% accuracy.
2. Responsible in reviewing CPQ quotes (P3-P5) in Order Review status and submit quotes to progress an order in EBS.
3. Communicates backordered parts to both internal and external customers and services planners regarding parts that are not available to ship yet.
4. Responsible in notifying manufacturing plants and planners regarding orders that are scheduled to pull from their location.
5. Responsible in identifying the cost-effective shipping method for Down Unit and High Priority or Critical orders
6. Responsible in releasing order deliveries of available items and shipping based on customer requested dates, cost, logistics and inventory allocation as necessary.
