Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline global transportation and freight forwarding operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Analyse customer internal and external supply chain processes to identify opportunities for process standardisation and operational enhancements aligned with CEVA's strategic objectives.
- Manage and support customer relationship management efforts by collaborating closely with clients to understand their evolving business needs and offer tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.
- Utilise supply chain software and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to design solution frameworks, conduct system mappings, and develop comprehensive reports that inform decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders with strong leadership abilities, promoting clear communication and two-way engagement to foster a culture of collaboration and shared success.
- Apply project management principles and tools to oversee improvement projects from conception through execution, ensuring milestones are met within scope, time, and budget.
- Develop and deliver presentations, data visualisations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) to communicate findings and progress effectively across varied organisational levels.
- Apply critical situational analysis and decision-making skills to address challenges promptly and pragmatically, influencing outcomes that align with enterprise-wide goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Project management certification or demonstrable knowledge in project management methodologies.
- Extensive experience (over 5 years) in global transportation and freight forwarding, with a proven track record in customer relationship management and business development.
- In-depth familiarity with freight forwarding operations including customs procedures and documentation standards, ensuring compliance and operational accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in supply chain software tools, particularly Transportation Management Systems, with practical skills in data analysis, reporting, and solution design.

- Exceptional aptitude for rapidly comprehending complex supply chain environments, with the capability to adapt and expand operational capacities to meet client and company needs.
- Broad understanding of enterprise-level business strategies, operational processes, process standardisation approaches, enabling technologies, and governance structures.
