• Must have BS Industrial Engineering with strong background in production planning and process improvement.
• Must be able to develop master production schedules and lead time reductions.
• Experience in time-and-motion studies, work measurement, and standard time development is required.
• Strong data analysis, KPI/dashboard development, and Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop the master production schedule.
• Convert deadlines into backward production schedules.
• Conduct time-and-motion studies and establish standard man-hours.
• Measure actual vs standard production hours; monitor WIP and capacity.
• Develop production dashboards and KPIs; support with recovery scenarios.
