Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for trucking partners, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and delivery concerns.
Track delivery performance against SLAs and operational targets, escalating issues as needed.
Manage trip documentation, investigate delivery exceptions, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
Support continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
