Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in transport management within supply chain or logistics.
• Strong customer service and planning experience is essential.
• Experience in distribution and transport operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation and delivery activities to ensure timely and efficient execution of logistics operations.
• Plan and monitor trips, ensuring optimal fleet utilization and adherence to operational schedules.
• Serve as the primary contact for trucking partners, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and delivery concerns.
• Track delivery performance against SLAs and operational targets, escalating issues as needed.
• Manage trip documentation, investigate delivery exceptions, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Support continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
